有下列情况之一者，应予退站：

1.进站半年后仍未取得国家承认的博士学位证书的；

2.提供虚假材料获得进站资格的；

3.中期或出站考核不合格的；

4.严重违反学术道德，弄虚作假，影响恶劣的；

5.被处以刑事处罚的；

6.因旷工等行为违反所在单位劳动纪律规定，符合解除劳动（聘用）合同情形的；

7.因患病等原因难以完成研究工作的；

8.出国逾期不归超过30天的；

9.合同（协议）期满，无正当理由不办理出站手续的

10.在站时间超过6年的；

11.其他情况应予退站的。

退站人员，不享受国家对期满出站博士后研究人员规定的相关政策。退站的博士后研究人员应及时办理离校手续，没有落实单位的退站人员，其人事、档案关系将转至杭州市人才开发中心代管。

Withdrawal from the station shall occur under any of the following circumstances.

1. Fail to submit certificates of doctor’s degrees or education certificates, or academic degree authentication within six months after admission;

2. Admission into the station by providing false materials;

3. Fail to pass midterm assessment or final assessment;

4. Grave misconduct of academic ethics or fraud with severe impact;

5. Sentenced to criminal punishment;

6. Meeting the dismissal terms prescribed in the contract in violation of labor disciplines of the unit, e.g. absenteeism or other misconducts;

7. Fail to conduct researches due to poor health conditions or other reasons;

8. Taking the liberty to go abroad or overdue staying for over 30 days on business leave to foreign countries;

9. Fail to handle station-leaving procedures upon expiration of the contract (agreement) without reasonable cause;

10. Total stay at the station exceeding six years;

11. Other circumstances where the postdoctoral researchers shall withdraw from the station.

The postdoctoral researchers required to withdraw shall go through withdrawal procedures in time.The postdoctoral researchers required to withdraw shall not be entitled to relevant benefits of normal postdoctoral researchers after expiration of the contract.
