关于召开外籍博士后入职培训交流会的通知 Notice of Zhejiang University Newly Enrolled International Postdoctoral Researchers Orientation Meeting

各学院（系）：

为使我校外籍博士后更好的适应学校工作，顺利完成博士后研究任务，人力资源处定于2026年3月12日(周四)下午在浙江大学紫金港校区段永平生命科学交叉研究中心1楼A103会议室举办新进站外籍博士后入职培训会。请各院系人事科通知新进站外籍学科博士后参加（名单见：外籍博士后入职培训参会名单），并于2026年3月10日前将参会名单发送至yingyz@zju.edu.cn，不能参加者请注明原因。

The Human Resources Department of Zhejiang University plans to host an orientation meeting for newly employed international postdocs on March 12^th afternoon, 2026(Thursday). The orientation meeting aims to help new employees better understand the postdoctoral system of Zhejiang University and adapt to the work and life in the university.

The meeting will be held at Zijingang campus and the tentative program is as follows.

Tips:

1. Take your campus card;

2. All international postdocs enrolled and did not attend last year’s orientation are required to attend. Permission from the HR Office of school or college is needed if you are unable to attend.
