关于召开外籍博士后入职培训交流会的通知Notice of Zhejiang University Newly Enrolled International Postdoctoral Researchers Meeting

各学院（系）：

为使我校外籍博士后更好的适应学校工作，顺利完成博士后研究任务，人力资源处定于2023年10月27日(周五)上午在浙江大学紫金港校区校友楼紫金港厅举办2022年以来新进站外籍博士后入职培训会。请各院系人事科通知新进站外籍学科博士后参加（名单见附件：外籍博士后入职培训参会名单），并于2023年10月24日前将参会名单发送至mayidan@zju.edu.cn，不能参加者请注明原因。

The Human Resources Department of Zhejiang University plans to host an orientation for newly employed international postdocs on October 27^thmorning, 2023(Friday). The orientation aims to help new employees better understand the postdoctoral system of Zhejiang University and adapt to work and life in the university.

The meeting will be held at Zijingang campus and the tentative program is as follows.

Tips:

1. Take your campus card;

2. All international postdocs enrolled after January 1^st, 2023 and those who did not attend last orientation are required to attend. Permission from the HR Office of department or college is needed if you are unable to attend.
