为使我校外籍博士后更好的适应学校各项工作，进一步了解学校人事政策，顺利完成博士后研究任务，人事处定于2018年1月12日举办2017年新进站外籍博士后交流座谈会。具体安排如下表，请各学院通知本学院2017年新进站外籍学科博士后参加（名单请见附件1）。欢迎2017年前进站的外籍博士后参加。
参会回执请各学院汇总后，于2018年1月4日前返回zhuyuanyuan@zju.edu.cn。

Meeting notice to all newly enrolled Foreign Postdoctoral researchers in Zhejiang University
The Human Resources Department of Zhejiang University plans to host a roundtable on the interpretation of postdoctoral policy and regulations in Zhejiang University on 12 January 2018. The meeting aims to help newly enrolled foreign postdoctoral researchers better understand the postdoctoral system in Zhejiang University and adapt to work and life in the university. The meeting will be held in the International Campus in Haining and the tentative program is as follows.

All the foreign postdocs enrolled after 1 January, 2017 are required to attend. Permission from the HR office of school is needed if you are unable to show up. Foreign Postdocs registered before 2017 are welcome to attend.
