Official Overseas Travel
Temporary official trips under 180 days require pre-approval via ZJU Service Center (item Z1957). Post-trip, faculty must submit a return application (item Z1775) within two weeks, including passport details, entry/exit records, and a trip report. Reimbursement is processed after reviews by the faculty’s unit, Office of Global Engagement, and Finance Office.Postdoctoral researchers should obtain travel approval from supervisor/college.
Issuance of Employment and Income Certificates
Certificates for employment, income, or specific purposes (e.g., loans, travel) can be requested online or at the Human Resources counter.
Self-Service: Use item Z1902 (Employment Verification) or Z1899 (Income Verification) on the service platform.
Authorized Delegates: Submit authorization letters and IDs for offline or online requests.
Special Cases: For private overseas travel or talent projects, submit via Z1990 or Z1902, with additional contact letters if required.
Reimbursement Procedures
