浙江大学电气工程学院—剑桥大学联合招收博士后计划项目招聘启事

二、 导师介绍

    合作导师(浙江大学):吴新科,浙江大学教授,博士生导师,获国家自然科学优秀青年基金。研究方向是高效率、高密度的电力电子变换技术,针对的主要应用领域包括数据中心电源系统,新能源车载电力电子系统,新能源并网系统等。至今已发表SCI/EI论文150余篇。详情见个人主页https://person.zju.edu.cn/0007601。

    合作导师(剑桥大学):Gehan Amaratunga, 剑桥大学教授,英国皇家工程院院士,并于2007年获得皇家工程院银质奖章(The Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal),Gehan Amaratunga教授致力于光伏、储能等可再生能源材料的研制及其并网控制,在可再生能源方面取得了丰硕的成果,已发表学术论文500于篇,他引超过15000次,相关技术已投入工业应用。详情见个人主页http://www.eng.cam.ac.uk/profiles/gaja1。

    联合招收博士后工作计划:共两年,结合剑桥大学和浙江大学在可再生能源并网发电方面的优势,第一年在剑桥大学,研究可再生能源并网发电系统的小干扰/大干扰稳定性,探究其致稳与失稳机理;第二年在浙江大学,发展具有强鲁棒性的可再生能源并网控制方法。完成相关研究的论文撰写并在高水平期刊上发表。

三、岗位要求

    1. 品学兼优、身体健康,年龄不超过30周岁;

    2. 近三年获得国内C9高校或第四轮学科评估A+学科或海外顶尖大学的博士学位(含应届毕业生);

    3. 具有良好的学术表现及学术发展潜力,未来有志于到浙江大学从事教学科研工作;

    4. 勤奋主动,责任心强,认真负责,具有良好的团队协作精神。


四、应聘程序

    发送个人简历(包括个人基本信息、学习工作经历、参与科研项目、科研成果),代表性论文以及其它能证明科研能力的材料。电气工程学院将成立面试小组,综合评估应聘者水平及能力,经双方导师和院系通过后报浙江大学审批。经学校批准录用人员,须登录中国博士后网注册,并按浙江大学博士后进站程序办理进站。


五、工作方式及待遇

    入选者在双方合作导师指导下开展研究工作,根据浙江大学博士后管理工作规定完成相应的考核,完成研究工作并达到电气工程学科的博士后出站要求后办理出站。在海外合作发表的学术论文及其他成果可认定为出站成果,鼓励入选者与剑桥大学高水平研究人员和合作教授联合发表文章,第一署名单位及排名不计先后。

项目资助期为2年。学校给予每人20万元/年的资助,并在赴剑桥大学工作期间,学校再给予每人10万元/年补充资助,其他补充资助视情况再定。入选者在资助期内享受学校学科博士后相关福利。


六.其他

    1.入选者2年资助期结束时,应及时办理出站。如确因科研工作需要,申请延期出站的,应提前一个月向人事处报批,延长期间的费用由合作导师负责筹集。

    2.入选者在聘期内学术能力和业绩表现优秀者,出站后可申请学校“百人计划”或特聘研究员岗位,进入浙江大学预聘轨师资队伍。

Joint Postdoctoral Fellowship Program: Zhejiang University College of Electrical Engineering and University of Cambridge Department of Engineering


Zhejiang University College of Electrical Engineering and University of Cambridge Department of Engineering have established a joint postdoctoral fellowship program. We invite highly qualified candidates for 1 postdoctoral research position in Renewable Energy Resource Generation.


I. Position

Research Area: Distributed Control for Renewable Energy Generation Microgrid


Supervisor at Zhejiang University:

Xinke Wu is a Professor of Zhejiang University and received the Outstanding Young Scholar in 2015.His research area focuses on the high efficiency high power density ac/dc and dc/dc power conversion, which is mainly applied in the data center, renewable energy source generation and so on. Supervisor at University of Cambridge:

Gehan Amaratunga is a professor of University of Cambridge, Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, and won the Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal in 2004. His research interest includes all aspects of renewable energy resources like materials, devices and control. He has published over 500 papers and the citations are over 15000, among which some technologies have been applied to the practical application. Joint Research Program (Tentative Schedule):

Combining the advantages of Zhejiang University and University of Cambridge in renewable energy resources, this position is sponsored for two years.

Year 1: Successful candidates are required to research the small-signal and large-signal stability when renewable energy resources are connected to the grid, and explore the stabilizing and unstabilizing mechanism in University of Cambridge.

Year 2: Successful candidates should develop robust control methods for the renewable energy resources in Zhejiang University. He/she should also publish high-quality research papers in top journals.


Ⅱ. Eligibility

1. Applicants should be under 30 years old, of good moral character, and in good health.

2. Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree(including fresh graduates)obtained within the past three years from domestic C9 universities, or from “A plus” disciplines of the fourth round of national discipline assessment by China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center, or from top overseas universities.

3. Applicants should have good academic performance and research capability, interested in teaching and research positions at Zhejiang University in the future.

4. Applicants should be diligent, active, and responsible, and have a good spirit of teamwork.


Ⅲ. Application Procedures

Send a resume (including basic personal information, study and work experiences, participation in research projects, publication list, etc) to the bottom email address. College of Electrical Engineering will set up a recruitment committee and comprehensively evaluate the research ability and academic level of the candidates through interview processes and report to Zhejiang University for approval after discussion with the professor at University of Cambridge. Upon successful application, the selected candidates shall finish the registration procedures and will be subject to the management of Zhejiang University.


Ⅳ. Assessment and Funding

The selected candidates will carry out research work under the guidance of supervisors of both universities. The candidates shall fulfill the corresponding assessments according to the post-doctoral management regulations of Zhejiang University, complete the research work, and reach the post-doctoral requirements of electrical engineering discipline. The selected candidates are encouraged to jointly publish articles with professors at University of Cambridge. Academic papers and other achievements published together with professors at University of Cambridge can be regarded as the achievements of the postdoctoral program.


The successful candidates will be funded for two years. The full salary will be ¥200,000/year from Zhejiang University. An additional grant of ¥100,000 will be supplied during the period of work at University of Cambridge by Zhejiang University. Successful candidates will also enjoy the benefits of the common postdoctoral program at Zhejiang University in projects application.


Ⅴ. Others

1. Successful applicants should finish the research work within the 2-year funding period. Application for extension as needed by research shall be submitted one month before expiration date. The expenses shall be covered by the ZJU supervisor during the extension.

2. Qualified selected candidates may apply for the "Hundred Talents Program" or “Distinguished Research Fellow” (ZJU tenure track positions) after completion of the program.
