为使我校外籍博士后更好的适应学校各项工作，进一步了解学校人事政策，顺利完成博士后研究任务，人事处定于2019年1月11-12日在浙江大学海洋学院（舟山）举办2018年新进站外籍博士后入职培训会。请各学院通知本学院2018年新进站外籍学科博士后参加（名单将通过邮件发至各院系人事科）。欢迎2018年前进站的在站外籍博士后参加。请携带校园卡。
时间安排：
1月11日（周五）统一乘坐大巴前往浙江大学海洋学院（玉泉校区正大门内12:00时上车，紫金港校区12:20图书馆大门前上车）
1月12日下午13：00时舟山海洋学院统一乘坐大巴回杭州。
参会回执请各学院汇总后，于2019年1月7日前返回 lujunyan2017@zju.edu.cn。
Meeting notice to all newly enrolled Foreign Postdoctoral researchers in Zhejiang University
The Human Resources Department of Zhejiang University plans to host the orientation for newly employed foreign postdocs on the interpretation of postdoctoral policy and regulations of Zhejiang University from 11th �12th January 2019. The orientation aims to help new employees better understand the postdoctoral system in Zhejiang University and adapt to work and life in the university.
The meeting will be held in Ocean College in Zhoushan and the tentative program is as follows.

Tips:
1. Take your passport and campus card;
2. All the foreign postdocs enrolled after 1 January, 2018 are required to attend. Permission from the HR Office of school or college is needed if you are unable to attend.
3. Foreign Postdocs registered before 2018 and within the contract period are welcome to attend (sign up in the HR Office of school or college).
